Victoria Căpătici

Victoria Capatici is the Co-Founder of Diaspora Connect - an online platform of engagement and knowledge exchange for Moldovan diaspora representatives and communities, as well as for those looking to engage with them. Victoria applies her skills in fundraising, monitoring and evaluation, negotiation, and communication, gained through her experience designing and coordinating development projects in the Republic of Moldova and the UK, to maximize the impact of programmes, support teams, facilitate knowledge circulation and position diaspora communities as important contributors and partners in the development issues concerning Moldovans in and outside Moldova.
