Toluwani Akaehomen

Toluwani Akaehomen is a Leadership and People development Consultant, a dynamic conference/keynote speaker, researcher, trainer/facilitator and coach. She delivers solutions and strategies for building leadership competencies, effective communication, professional excellence, and developing transversal skills and competencies for enhancing workplace performance. She is also the founder of HerGenuityAfrika, a social enterprise with a core mission to support, promote and facilitate the sustained and sustainable socioeconomic development inclusion and empowerment of females of black and immigrant background She has a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA, with Distinction) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Enterprise. Also, she recently completed a PhD, with research interests in Inclusive Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial Leadership and Entrepreneurship Education and Training. Toluwani has a personal mission of building lives, equipping people and impacting generations and is a strong advocate for the empowerment and socioeconomic inclusion of women, for authentic, conscious and exemplary leadership at all levels and for the recognition of the ingenuity of the people of Africa. She serves on a few boards, volunteers in her local community and is also a published author.
