Sihana Bejtullahu

Sihana Bejtullahu holds a Master's Degree in School Psychology and Counseling from the University of Prishtina – Faculty of Philosophy. With more than a decade of experience in Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), she is known for her strong project management abilities and a history of turning creative ideas into practical solutions. Sihana is passionate about social change and advocates for human rights, especially women's rights and marginalized groups, making her highly respected in activist circles. She has been engaged with GERMIN since 2019, initially as a Program Director in the field of Engaging Diaspora Professionals and Youth and Education programs, and as of March 2020, she is co-directing the organization.
