Recognized with the Lead Practitioner Specialist Homelessness Award from the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, she's a pivotal force behind the Youth Partnership and the acclaimed Pacific Island Mt Druitt Action Network, recipient of the NSW Premier's Public Sector Gold Award for Social Justice. Her dedication to women's leadership and inclusive values is evident in her seamless integration of Pacific heritage, showcasing her influential global vision. Initiating the Pacific Women's Professional Business Network Inc and inspiring the Young Pacific Women's Collective, Loau's mantra of "a million droplets of water creating an ocean of change" led to the formation of the CORE Pacific Collective, a groundbreaking alliance of key Pacific organizations in NSW, Australia.
