Dean Mulozi

Dean Mulozi is a civil society activist and a development specialist with education background in small business development, agriculture and rural development. He has over 25 years in development and grant aided rural projects. Mr. Mulozi gained his education from Eswatine, University of Wisconsin Centre for Cooperatives in Madison USA and ZAMCOM, Lusaka, Zambia. He worked in various local and international organizations including the United Nations Development Programme UNV. Mr. Mulozi served in various donor aided rural development projects in Zambia and abroad. From 2015 to 2018 Mr. Mulozi served in various committees of the Africa Union Economic social and cultural council (AU-ECOSOCC). Mr. Mulozi participated in several programs and activities that included Diaspora, Migration and Development, the Joint Africa-EU Strategy (JAES) that sets out the intention of both continents to move beyond a donor/recipient relationship towards long-term cooperation on jointly identified, mutual and complementary interests. Mr. Mulozi was also instrumental in the facilitation and support of the transition of movement of ECOSOCC secretariat from Addis Ababa to Lusaka, Zambia.
