Cesar Vargas

Cesar Vargas is a specialist in the political aspect of Diasporas. His research work in California has been carried out for 10 years. He studied Political Science in Mexico City at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and has a master's degree in Globalization and Development from the University of Antwerp. He is currently general director of the EU-LATIN BUSINESS FORUM based in Brussels, Belgium, from where he works to bring the Latin American region closer to the European Union.
