Anila Smørgrav

Anila Smørgrav, an Executive MBA holder and MSc in Computer Science, is a seasoned professional with a rich and varied international career spanning over 25 years in telecom, IT, and digital transformation strategies, working across sectors in Albania, Norway, the USA, France, and Switzerland. Anila's commitment extends beyond her professional roles, as she actively engages in community work and leadership positions. Her contributions include volunteering for projects promoting the professional lives of women engineers and fostering ICT education in schools through initiatives like "Super Coders." She has held pivotal leadership roles within the Albanian Diaspora, Co-chair of Germin's executive Board in Pristina, and Vice-chairman of the Diaspora Coordinating Council under the Government of Albania. Her dedication to the betterment of Albanian society have been recognized through prestigious awards, including the title of "Nation's Ambassador" by the Albanian Government and "Women Who Make Albania" by the Albanian Excellence organization.
