Leon Isaacs

Leon is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DMA Global, the specialist international development company that he founded in 2007. He is a seasoned expert and business leader in diaspora engagement, diaspora investment, financial inclusion, international development, remittances and payments. He has over 30 years hands-on experience.

He has also recently part of the team that has founded SaverGlobal, a FinTech that combines digital financial literacy solutions with remittances and migrant related products to ensure that migrants can access and gain maximum value from financial services.

His expertise includes strategy development, programme leadership, consumer research, relationship management, and business development. He has worked throughout the world with a particular focus on Africa, Asia-Pacific, Central Asia and Europe.

Leon has spoken at, and chaired, numerous international conferences on diaspora engagement and remittances including at the World Bank, the United Nations, the African Union and the G8. 

Prior to establishing DMAG he was intrinsically involved with two successful start-up remittance businesses.

Leon is an economist by training and is currently based in France.
